Terms of Sale

1.  The menu for the week will be uploaded every Monday of that week until sold out.
2. We have different pick up locations.
   1. Friday after 7pm – Glendfield.
   2. Saturday night 7.40pm – 8pm – Waterloo (Hillsong church Dank st)
   3. Sunday morning 11am – Hillsong Hills Campus (Epi Centre parking area)
3. All orders are pick-up only, unless otherwise agreed to by Lanny’s Kitchen.
4. Payment can be made via credit card on the website or cash on delivery or bank transfer or Beem It. If paying via bank transfer please ensure the money is sent prior to the food pickup.
5. Change of Mind / Cancellation Policy
   1. A change in mind or cancellation can only be accepted if the Change of Mind or Cancellation request is received by Close of Business (5pm) of the Wednesday of the ordering week. This change should be sent via email to Lanny’s Kitchen.
   2. Due to food preparation already being underway, any requests for cancellation or change of mind after Close of Business (5pm) of the Wednesday of the ordering week cannot be processed and money cannot be refunded.
6. It is strongly advised you place all food in the refrigerator as soon as possible. The food is not made to be out of the fridge for any period of time. Lanny’s Kitchen will not take any responsibility for damage incurred from improper storage of food.
