my love of cooking started back when I just arrived to Sydney in 1997, whilst I am studying living with my sister, I wasn’t satisfied with what was available in restaurants then.

So I started & developed a habit of home cooking indonesian food for family & friends,

to becoming a cook working in a number of commercial cooking western food in Sydney.

My curiosity & passion of food grew until I opened up my own restaurant in Indonesia in 2009. I felt compelled to to deepen the art of cooking different style of cooking, so I  decided to travel to thailand, vietnam malaysia & singapore extensively for the sole purpose of learning more to develop a wider range of flavours and to replicate the authentic disches as close as to the origin.
